in many cases, there semantic overlap between impersonal/anticausative/autocausative constructs , passive voice (also present in romance , slavic languages). on 1 hand, impersonal reflexive constructs have wider scope of application, not limited transitive verbs canonical passive voice. on other hand, constructs can have slight semantic difference or markedness.
