the stepped profile of golden mile complex offers occupants of apartments on upper floors panoramic view of sea , sky. apartments have balconies, , two-storey maisonette penthouses crown off building. narrowness of sloping slab form enhances natural ventilation , shades lofty communal concourse above podium along beach road. stepped design reduces impact of noise road traffic. golden mile complex preceded several years avant-garde stepped-section buildings built in united kingdom , europe.


the lower floors contain offices , retail mall, located within staggered atria allow natural light heart of building.
