the hempfield boys basketball program led coach danny walck. since taking on in 2010, has led black knights playoff appearance every season. includes first year, 2010-2011, knights won lancaster-lebanon league title. assisted dave brown, ian daecher, mark macik, , matt wagaman.

football

led head coach ron zeiber, hempfield football program has dramatically increased in performance in recent years. have had 2 straight berths piaa district 3 aaaa playoffs , advanced quarterfinals both times. lost in double overtime cumberland valley in 2013. lost in triple overtime central dauphin-east in 2014. play in section 1 of l-l league.
