. measures of static acoustic admittance, ear canal volume, , tympanometric width/gradient compared sex, age, , race specific normative data can used accurately diagnose middle ear pathology along use of other audiometric data (e.g. air , bone conduction thresholds, otoscopic examination, normal word recognition @ elevated presentation levels, etc.).
