South Africa 1914–15 Star

with effect 6 april 1952, when new south african set of decorations , medals instituted replace british awards used date, older british decorations , medals applicable south africa continued worn in same order of precedence but, exception of victoria cross, took precedence after south african orders, decorations , medals awarded south africans on or after date. of official british campaign medals applicable south africans, 1914–15 star takes precedence shown.
