tobu has borrowed former jnr class c11 steam locomotive c11 207 jr hokkaido use on 12.4 km section of kinugawa line between shimo-imaichi , kinugawa-onsen stations 10 august 2017. turntables installed @ shimo-imaichi , kinugawa-onsen turn locomotive in service. two-stall engine shed being constructed steam loco @ shimo-imaichi.
