around summer of 2005, scheer began collaborating fellow comedians rob huebel , aziz ansari director jason woliner make short films. first video created group shutterbugs, huebel , ansari cut-throat child talent agents. followed sketch illusionators, starred ansari , scheer criss angel-style goth magicians. in mid-2006, mtv gave green light sketch series group, called human giant, debuted april 5, 2007.


the league

the league sitcom, premiered on fx on october 29, 2009 , ran 7 seasons. series semi-scripted comedy jeff , jackie marcus schaffer group of friends in fantasy football league. scheer plays dr. andre nowzick, rich plastic surgeon naivete makes him butt of many jokes. scheer has co-scripted handful of episodes: anniversary party , expert witness , sober buddy , out of towner , tailgate co-star nick kroll episodes bringer show , block .

ntsf:sd:suv:: live action 15 minute action television show parody, premiered on cartoon network s adult swim on july 21, 2011, 12 episode order , ran on forty episodes. series created scheer, served executive producer, writer, director, , star. produced abominable pictures, inc. , scheer s 2nd man on moon productions.

paul scheer , jack mcbrayer made semi-regular appearances on nick jr. series yo gabba gabba!, during segment called knock knock joke of day . scheer , mcbrayer featured in yo gabba gabba! comic book, , made appearances on yo gabba gabba! live tour. in 2012, scheer appeared villainous cowboy android in episode of aquabats! super show!, series creators of yo gabba gabba!
