tatau district has moderate amount of public schools. there 1 public secondary school tatau district. primary schools, of them scattered throughout tatau. of them located deep in tatau district s interior cater rural students. of schools partially boarding school due scattered population of tatau district.

healthcare

tatau has own health clinic qualified doctor. however, surgeries , more critical cases, referred bintulu hospital, or greater extent, sarawak general hospital in kuching.

security

tatau district has police district office. there police stations , police bits located @ strategic locations, rural areas. despite being third largest division, bintulu division far has no district military bases. true tatau district. small military camps exist make presence @ bintulu district.
